Well , The week started with stock markets, following stock specific news & updates, then we moved on to CREDAI recommendations for the Budget 2023, later we tried understanding sponsors for Trades means prospective clientele to us Training Module StockMarketModelStreet Marked for Subscribers open for Consultation & Counselling, then we get to know that India has become the LARGEST SITE outside the US in terms of manufacturing & workforce according to Boeing Aerospace, as we follow articles posted by Kailash Kher pertaining to CPPINVESTMENTS in @IndoSpaceInd #logistics & #warehousing, then we move on wherein CREDAI congratulates Hon’ble FM for presenting an inclusive & growth centric budget, Later we shortlist videos of villa properties from Goan REAL ESTATE, the thought is what money can buy, so on & so forth Kailash Kher updates Capital Gains deduction limit of Rs 10Cr to hurt luxury property deals, he also updates that affordable housing gets further boost with higher PMAY infrastructure allocation.

Let me Begin with Budget 2023 , I give 7 out of 10 for the budget overall an excellent budget for the Indian Economy.
Taxation has been the highlight of this budget, very well for the Middle income group of survivors & Investors as well as for aspiring businesses.
In terms of Capital Gains Tax nothing much has been done , as reports suggest a limitation .
A simple overview & analyses of the budget shows more scope to the middle income group of investors, upcoming businesses & more so a boost to the rental property market in the real estate sector of business.
Next , we come to highlights with regard to business front in the stock markets, markets did well this week with good momentum overall .

Well this week went well for us to end the week on a positive note, taking home nominal gains from the market.

For Me after a tentative stay as a trader in the equity markets from 2006 to 2022, its been a great start for 2023, after the Corona pandemic impact on the entire market & economy.

Great To have completed the first Week of January 2023 to begin the Year leaving behind 2022 for Good.
Its been good enough a week for Business in General , stock markets have witnessed a free fall , as a consultant its been a mellow week for me .
As a brand, being included as a player for Commercial Real estate makes me look forward to a prosperous Year Ahead bringing in good opportunities for Business & Work.

Site visits very important for Closing a sale after ascertaining a property suitable to the buyer.
A property suitable to one buyer may not be suitable to the next buyer though specifications & requirements posted match.
IN sales in the real estate market , ascertaining the requirement of the buyer very important, most of the transactions dont take place due to this mismatch.
Selling a residential property vs a commercial space is very different the base is the site visit.
POS must allow the parties for discussion , without any kind of follow up , if the buyer is happy with the site visit , they will ask the POS to follow up the document related due diligence, which should be duly followed up with the attorney concerned.
Property is business & business is property in the real estate market , POS must know this.
When the buyer agrees for a site visit it is that he does like the property , next it should be confirmed at the site visit to proceed with the documentation.
Properties not of that standard to match the buyer may lose in to competition.

After a Straight Run up in the stock markets Today its trade indicative of seeing the new normal for the retail sector of Business by December 2021, we see good push in demand in Stocks with good base effect that will lead to compounding & thereby attracting more investments into the stockmarkets.
This overall impacting the real estate sector of business, we could see more investors buying into the real estate sector , after a due correction in the markets & prices overall.
Commercial spaces pent up in demand, by December 2021 overall see a new normal, people ready to spend, all this having a positive impact on the retail sector especially Training .
People who want to invest in some kind of additional qualifications or skillset would increase , thereby willing to take up training either for new jobs/ for improving on their soft skills, as well those who want to know more about the stock markets without actually investing money or risking much of their efforts in the stockmarkets would be more than willing to join for training classes for the stock markets wherein they spend inorder to learn more about the stock markets through the training sessions.
Overall , people who want to learn & those with a mindset to learn would increase POST-PANDEMIC

When it comes to client acquisition, we are still in the process we havent reached one , but sure will be updating you all with the same once we get an opportunity to serve a client of good calibre & paying capability. As we told you all we are not in the business of lending money, we belong to the appreciative economy of asset class not loan economy which is more of gossips which we are seriously against
Now, when we are talking & writing about loans , we would like to share a case with you which our proprietor herself took head on personal stead Confronting the stance taken by RBL Bank .
She has taken due objections to the way bank employees treat a client with a track record of not less than 5 years giving a controversial stance to the case & argument put forth.
The employees of RBL Bank including their Advocate to the case have been warned by the Police department Bengaluru city , they are suppose to work inside the legal framework, they cannot go against law .
See it is always better to attend the court hearing , tell the ability to repay or inability to repay to the court, never entertain these loan collection agents, they may be serious criminals, who may induce a client in the wrong path, complicate the case, create more complications, since he is only interested in money & not the integrity of the case.
Its money recollection, its a matter serious enough to be sensitised, so these agents are bound to play games which the common public may fall prey to, similar to any brokerage firm in the share broking industry, its big money, so they play games, their main aim is to prove you wrong.
So first try to ascertain the behaviour of the agent/broker, on suspicion inform the police if there is something more you suspect.
Later dont make the repayments for the ones whose bank employees misbehaved, let the case go to court , present your case before the magistrate then close the case, clearing your reputation & close the banking relationship with the bank which has tried to disrepute you , in this way other banks know how to behave with ones client, let them not learn something from a wrong player
Gundaism, as projected by the bank employees amounts to a kind of offence under law, they are near criminals, so dont bother about being courteous to such lot, present your case to the magistrate in the court
So, by reading this blog you know, as public what you should encourage & what you should not in financial transactions especially inorder to discourage crime in the society especially against women.
Atleast at the most have the courage to stand up to yourself.
